These Terms govern your use of PEAK Suite ("PEAK", "the Service") — a basketball team-management and game-tracking application. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you become aware of unauthorised use, contact us immediately.
Team data, player rosters, schedules, attendance records, game events and statistics you create remain yours. You grant PEAK a non-exclusive licence to store, process, replicate and display this content solely to operate the Service for you.

Free plans are limited as described on the pricing page. Paid plans (Team, Academy) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You authorise PEAK to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months, except where required by law.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, PEAK disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, PEAK's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country applies.
