These Terms govern your use of PEAK Suite ("PEAK", "the Service") — a basketball team-management and game-tracking application operated by Konstantinos Athanasios Samouladas, Greece. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you become aware of unauthorised use, contact us immediately.
Team data, player rosters, schedules, attendance records, game events and statistics you create remain yours. You grant PEAK a non-exclusive licence to store, process, replicate and display this content solely to operate the Service for you.
The Service itself — its software, source code, design, interface, graphics, text and the PEAK name and logo — is owned by Konstantinos Athanasios Samouladas (operating as PEAK Suite) and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; it transfers no ownership and grants no licence to the Service's code or design.
Running the Service necessarily sends client-side code to your browser. That is required for it to work and does not place any part of the Service in the public domain, licence it to you, or waive any right in it.
Do not:
Each club is an organisation in PEAK. Its owners decide who joins and with what role, and are responsible for the access they give.
A club that records information about players — including dates of birth, injury details and payments — is responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and, where the law requires it, for obtaining consent from a parent or guardian, including before inviting a player under 16 to create an account. For this data PEAK acts as the club's processor, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Players and parents who join through a club's invitation can use PEAK only as that club allows, and their access ends if the club removes them.
When you share a game, anyone with the link can view it, including player names, until you stop sharing. Share only with people you intend to see it.
Pricing is agreed with each club — contact us for a quote. The fee, billing period and how you pay are set out in your quote or invoice. We may offer a free trial; when it ends, continued use requires a paid plan.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods, except where required by law. If a payment is overdue we may, after notice, restrict the organisation's access until it is settled; your data is not deleted because a payment is late.
To provide support, fix problems or manage your subscription, authorised PEAK staff may access your organisation's data through our support console.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, PEAK disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, PEAK's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Athens, Greece, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country applies.
